The Kissimmee Is Me Ambassador Program is a FREE initiative, for Osceola County hospitality employees  that offers both classroom and personal, hands-on experience.

Classroom Training - Making Memories Gameshow

• Explore what customers/guests consider important factors in making interactions memorable
• Brainstorm ways to meet those expectations
• Be challenged to find examples during their Hands-On Experiences

Hands-on Experience

The participants will experience the area's only Airboat & Gator Park attraction.  During your airboat ride see alligators, eagles, and other wildlife that build their homes in the waterways near Wild Florida.  Also, you will explore the Wildlife Park, home to over 200 native and exotic animals, birds and gators.  A delicious lunch is included from the Chomp House Grill.

The bus will leave Kissimmee Chamber at 9:15 am promptly.
