The Kissimmee Is Me Ambassador Program is a FREE initiative that will offer both classroom and off-site training.

Classroom topics include:

• The impact of tourism on our community
• Benefits of building memorable experiences for our guests
• The "must see and do's" of Osceola County - the Pearls of our destination
• The four things necessary to create a memorable experience

Off-site Visit Experience Following Classroom Training

The participants will step back in time and experience spectacular horsemanship, swordplay, games of skill and an authentic jousting tournament between six brave knights.  During the tournament, the castles serfs and wenches serve you a feast fit for a king!
