The Kissimmee Is Me Ambassador Program is a FREE initiative that will offer both classroom and off-site training.

Classroom topics include:

• The impact of tourism on our community
• Benefits of building memorable experiences for our guests
• The "must see and do's" of Osceola County - the Pearls of our destination
• The four things necessary to create a memorable experience

Off-site Visit Experience

The participants will paddle down Shingle Creek and experience the wildlife and beautiful tranquil scenery.

Complimentary continental breakfast will be provided.
