KISSIMMEE is an initiative to remind us all that we are the face of Kissimmee or "Kissimmee Is Me" when it comes to serving our guests. Through this effort we we are creating a team of  of KISSIMMEE Ambassadors by educating front-line service providers and their leaders about our Kissimmee Jewels. In addition, they will learn about the shift from providing services to creating Customer Experiences. All workshop participants are recognized as KISSIMMEE Ambassadors and receive the Ambassador lapel pin.
