Also... each participant who completes the process is certified as a QCXP (Qualified Customer Xperience Professional) or QCXL (Qualified Customer Xperience Leader). The KISSIMMEE front-line process includes a 4-hour workshop, The Xperience Factor. The leaders will experience the same workshop, plus an additional two-hour leader component, Leading the Xperience Factor. Participants are required to establish a 30-day goal and once that goal is met, they are awarded their QCXL or QCXP certificates and lapel pins.
And... those who are certified during our first year of the initiative will receive a commemorative pin that establishes them as QCXP or QCXL "Pioneers."
Included will be quarterly networking, special discounts, recognition and educational events for KISSIMMEE Ambassadors and certified QCXPs and QCXLs.
